About the Chamber of Commerce

The Newberry Springs Chamber of Commerce was registered August 25, 1993 as a Domestic Non-Profit. 

The Chamber is very unique and a true non-profit organization.  All fund raising monies go back into the community through the events we sponsor.  There is no paid staff and everyone is a volunteer. 

The object was for business members to promote themselves by participating in our events so that our extended area residents get to know them personally.  Our non-business members just want to be community involved.  We are not a political organization by choice and a non-profit by law [EIN 33-0551330 Section 501(c) (6)]. 

Donations may be tax deductible as Business Expenses.

Events the Chamber sponsors:

• Five $250 Scholarships yearly for Silver Valley High School, Alternative Education Center (Daggett), Home Schoolers, and Ironwood.

• Monthly Route 66 Swap Meet

• July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza with the CSD

• Annual Pistachio Festival
